I Fear is an improvised performance in aerial dance and live music based on audience suggestions. Throughout the event audience members are invited to write down something that “I fear” about the present or future and to place it on a hanging line surrounding the aerial rig. Aerial performers then select fears from the line, and along with the musician, create an improvised act, culminating in a release of the fear.
